By accessing or using Tiketfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of Services
You may use our services to discover events, purchase tickets, and manage events. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tiketfy.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Tiketfy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
4. Payments & Refunds
All ticket purchases are processed securely through our payment partners. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Tiketfy charges a 5% service fee on all paid ticket transactions.
5. Event Organizers
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfilling ticket obligations, and complying with all applicable laws. Tiketfy is not responsible for the quality or safety of events listed on the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tiketfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
